Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

 I came upon this super easy recipe many years ago on a cooking site called GroupRecipes. The recipe was posted by one of my favorite cooks on that site named Frankieanne. She helped me to realize how easy it is to make big fluffy dumplings!

Creamy Chicken Corn Chowder

With the fall chill in the air this is the perfect time for a nice hearty bowl of this chowder! I loved the slight smokiness from the bacon along with the bite sized chunks of sautéed chicken. The creamy corn and cheddar cheese aren't too shabby either!

Mexican Posole with Chicken and Pork

This is a hearty and authentic Mexican style soup made with hominy, green chilies, onions, garlic, enchilada sauce, oregano, cumin, cilantro, and cubed chicken and pork. All these delicious ingredients are prepared in the slow cooker then topped with refried beans, cheddar cheese, sour cream and chives!

Thai Chicken Noodle Soup

 

I love Thai food so this was a no-brainer for me! The ingredients and direction were so simple, which enticed me even more! This recipe cooked up so quickly! It was done in less than 30 minutes!

Cheeseburger Soup

I mentioned in this post...'Philly Cheese Steak Sloppy Joe's'...my dilemma with that particular recipe! Well I decided to use the leftovers from the Sloppy Joe's to make this next recipe called 'Cheeseburger Soup'.
